Personal training in complete privacy
Strong Space isn't a commercial gym or a shared personal training facility. Your session takes place in a studio reserved exclusively for you, with no other clients or trainers present.
That privacy allows us to concentrate on your training without interruptions, waiting for equipment or working around other people.
I plan and track each session, adjusting your exercises, technique and workload as you progress. My approach is based on understanding your starting point, teaching you to train properly and building towards your goals over time.
I work with complete beginners as well as people who have trained for years. Your programme might focus on building strength, developing muscle, improving body composition or becoming fitter and more capable.
You can explore the different approaches on my Training page, or read more about personal training for beginners.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a personal trainer cost in London?
Prices vary depending on the trainer, facilities and type of service. At Strong Space, private one-to-one personal training costs between £65 and £80 per session, depending on the package you choose.
How much is a one-hour personal training session at Strong Space?
All sessions last 60 minutes. The price ranges from £65 to £80, with lower per-session rates for clients who train more frequently. The studio is exclusively yours throughout the session.
Is personal training worth the money?
That depends on what you need. If you want structured programming, individual attention, guidance on technique and a clear way to measure progress, working with an experienced trainer can provide something different from training independently.
The free consultation gives you an opportunity to discuss whether this approach is right for you.
Are two personal training sessions a week enough?
For many people, two sessions a week can provide a useful foundation for improving strength, fitness and body composition.
The right frequency depends on your goals, experience, recovery and what you do outside the studio. We can discuss an appropriate schedule during your consultation.
Do I need gym experience before starting?
No. I work with complete beginners, including people who have never used gym equipment before. I'll teach you the exercises, explain what we're doing and progress your training at a suitable pace.
Is the studio completely private?
Yes. There are no other clients or trainers present during your session. You have the studio and my attention exclusively, whether you're learning your first exercises or following an advanced training programme.
