A private alternative to a busy gym
At Strong Space, your appointment is yours alone. There are no other clients or trainers in the studio, so you won't need to wait for equipment, share the training space or work around anyone else's routine.
The equipment is ready for your session, and we can concentrate on the exercises, technique and progression that matter to you. This can be particularly valuable if you prefer privacy, are new to gyms or want to make effective use of limited training time.
Coaching shaped around your goals
We begin with your experience, goals and available time, then build a structured programme that develops as you do. Sessions are planned and progress is tracked, rather than simply changing exercises for variety.
I work with complete beginners, people returning to exercise and experienced gym users. Your programme might focus on strength, muscle development, body composition, conditioning or general fitness.
You can explore the options on my Training page, including dedicated personal training for beginners.
